Hire

Inspections

We offer an on-site inspection service for all types of Lifting and Material Handling Equipment.

• Advice when inspections are due

• A visual inspection of your equipment and colour coded tags fitted

• Repairs carried out when on site if possible

• A detailed report issued

• Quotation supplied for any additional work required

• Records kept of all Equipment

• Advice from our trained engineers - qualified through the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association

• Compilation and maintenance of Lifting Equipment Registers

• A Report of a Thorough Examination is issued.

We now operate a Cloud Based system where customers can log into their individual account to access all their reports.

Repairs

We offer an in-house and on-site repair service for all types of Lifting and Material Handling Equipment. All Lifting Equipment is returned with a Report of a Thorough Examination.

• Quotation supplied for any work required

• Advice from our trained engineers - qualified through the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association

• Our works facilities are available for urgent repairs

Items are re-tested where necessary and supplied with a ' Report of a Thorough Examination'.

Servicing

We offer a comprehensive on-site service of all Lifting and Materials Handling Equipment. Our service includes:

• Advice when services are due

• A visual inspection and operational service using a standard set of tools

• Repairs carried out when on site if possible

• A detailed report issued

• Quotation supplied for any additional work required

• Records kept of all Equipment

• Advice from our trained engineers - qualified through the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association

• Compilation and maintenance of Lifting Equipment Registers

Testing

We offer an in-house and on-site testing facility using calibrated test weights, a digital load cell and other testing equipment.  In house we can test up to 40 tonne using our horizontal test bed.  On site we can test up to 20 tonne using our own test weights, by using a load cell or or eyebolt pull tester.

A visual inspection is carried out before testing

• Deflection measurements checked with and without load

• Support structure and fixings checked with and without load

• Item(s) marked with a 'Safe Working Load'

• Item(s) marked with a Serial Number
  
  We can also carry out load tests on man riding anchors.

All items that have been tested successfully are supplied with a ' Report of a Thorough Examination'.
